Skprint.in is committed to providing you with high-quality printing services and complete satisfaction. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to return an order. This policy outlines the guidelines for returning products and receiving refunds.

Return Eligibility:

You may be eligible for a return and full refund under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective due to our printing or packaging process, we will gladly issue a full refund or reprint your order, free of charge.
Incorrect Order: If you receive an order that does not match your specifications (size, type of paper, design, etc.), we will issue a full refund or reprint your order correctly.

Return Process:

Contact Us: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to initiate a return. You can reach us by phone at +917001968858 or email us at info@skprint.in.
Provide Details: In your communication, please specify your order number, a brief description of the issue (damage, defect, incorrect order), and any photos that support your claim (if applicable).
Return Shipping: Once we confirm your return eligibility, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake is due to our error.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and verifying the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for your order (Razorpay).

Non-Returnable Items:

We cannot accept returns for orders where the customer has provided incorrect artwork or specifications.
Custom-designed or printed products are not eligible for return unless there is a proven error on our part.

Shipping Method:

Please note that Skprint.in uses Shiprocket for order deliveries. Any return shipping will need to be arranged through a reliable courier service.

Return & Refund

We offer return / exchange within first 7 days from the date of your purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange or refund of any kind. In order to become eligible for a return or an exchange, (i) the purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it, (ii) the item must have original packaging, (iii) if the item that you purchased on a sale, then the item may not be eligible for a return / exchange. Further, only such items are replaced by us (based on an exchange request), if such items are found defective or damaged.

You agree that there may be a certain category of products / items that are exempted from returns or refunds. Such categories of the products would be identified to you at the item of purchase. For exchange / return accepted request(s) (as applicable), once your returned product / item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you about receipt of the returned / exchanged product. Further. If the same has been approved after the quality check at our end, your request (i.e. return / exchange) will be processed in accordance with our policies.

In case of any refunds approved by Ranga Pori, it will take 7 days for the refund to be Credited to you
